Every Altarah altar is prayed over and anointed with oil before it ships always.

The Inaugural Edition. The first 100 altars are a Special Edition, each bearing the golden Altarah seal. Once these 100 are gone, the seal is retired for good. They are the founding altars carrying the prayer of the woman who built them into the homes of the women who receive them.
